During your stay
24hrs before your stay we will allocate a dedicated housekeeping contact for any queries during your stay via text.
Between 9am-5pm reception is available for any queries that you may have about the local area or the Byron facilities.
If you have any housekeeping queries during your stay please contact your dedicated contact on 0333 577 3377. (simple queries or emergencies)
If you can please take your shoes off upstairs that would be very much appreciated.
To access the WiFi simply find the BT hub in the apartment and enter the access code. The network you are looking for is Byron 11.
Lock Box Access
Access the lock box room through the white door behind the allocated parking.
Once in the lockbox room, simply look for “Woolacombe 11” and set the code that we sent to you via text and email.
Getting to Byron
Getting to Byron is easy, just type in “Byron Eleven” to google Maps.
When close, simply drive past the apartment on your right (the orange one), and take the first right up Sandy Lane to the underground parking area for Byron.
Byron 11 parking is in Bay 56. Please make sure your registration number is recorded
